Returns: How do I return my parcel to BIOMAZING?

We are very sorry that you wish to return your order or parts of it 🙁.
But we understand and want to make it as easy as possible for you. With us you have 30 days time, the unopened products that you no longer want to havewithout giving reasonsreturn it to us and get your money back.

Please note, there is one small exception: products from the SALE cannot be returned.

That is still important: Sustainability is our top priority. Therefore, we do not offer free return shipping.

Why? Every parcel transported has an impact on the climate. We want to minimise CO2 emissions as much as possible and make a sustainable contribution to climate protection together with you. Together, we can minimise the number of returns as much as possible. Thank you for pulling together!
