What are Bio-Points anyway?
A big thank you to our loyal customers!
Our organic points, or loyalty points, are a reward for our customers.
What do I have to do to get organic points?
You have to register on our website.
If you are already registered with us, simply go to | MY ACCOUNT | Click on the small box to accept our terms and conditions.
You will receive your organic points after your first purchase. After that, you will receive them immediately after each purchase when your order has been completed.
How can I earn organic points?
If you are registered you will receive organic points:
- Purchase of products (= see product)
- Welcome Bonus (= 25 points)
- Refer a friend* (= 50 points)
*Friend also receives 50 points. Purchase required. - You have been recruited* (= 50 points)
*in addition to the other points! - Rating for a product (= 3 points)
The review will be checked by us, after which you will receive your organic points. - Payment by credit card (= 3 points)
How can I refer a friend?
Click on MY ACCOUNT and there is a button with the name "Refer a friend". Enter your friend's name and e-mail address and then click on SEND. It's that easy!
Where can I get more information about my BIO points or referred friends?
Click on MY ACCOUNT or move your mouse pointer to MY ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner of your browser. There you will find the menu item with the BIO points overview.
There you will find all the important information on points earned and friends referred.
How do I redeem BIO points?
When you are in the shopping basket, you can enter the desired number in the "Redeem your organic points:" field and confirm with "Apply organic points".
