Application

Elixir: drip 5 drops under the tongue 5 times a day and allow the mucous membranes to absorb or drizzle 25 drops into a bottle of water or another favourite drink and drink throughout the day.

Mist: Gently spray over shoulders and face for an instant boost of energy. 5 times a day is the optimum dose for the best results. The mist can also be sprayed on cushions, blankets or in the room and absorbed by the senses.
