Application tips from Lola's Apothecary:

IN BETWEEN

Pour a few drops of bath oil into a wide cup filled with hot water and place it in the room (tilt-proof, of course). The fine fragrance will then spread throughout the room and create a wonderfully cosy atmosphere.

AS BATH OIL

Add a few drops to the water as usual and enjoy the soothing fragrance. Ideal in the evening.

IN THE SHOWER

Apply a few drops of Breath of Clarity Bath & Shower Oil to the décolleté before getting into the shower. The warm water will vaporise the essential oils and create a relaxing home spa atmosphere.

Sweet Almond Oil is a good source of vitamin E, is easily absorbed with excellent emollient property. Kind on sensitive skin and great for strong, healthy nails. Grapeseed Oil is high in omega 6, and is easily absorbed to nourish the skin. Beta Carotene boosts cell turnover to promote skin healing. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that repairs free radical damage and improves skin elasticity. Eucalyptus stimulates the mind and aids concentration. Its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties provide effective relief from muscle and joint pain. Peppermint is cooling and stimulating. Helps unblock sinuses, ease muscle aches and soothes indigestion. Sweet Marjoram is warming and relaxing. Its antispasmodic property helps soothe tickly coughs, aching muscles and joints, also effective for digestive issues.
