Application

For best results, dissolve one sachet of instant powder in hot water. Depending on the desired strength of the drink, you can vary between 1 glass and up to one litre of liquid. However, the effect of the mushroom also occurs when the powder is consumed pure or mixed into smoothies, juices, etc. 1 sachet per day is sufficient to feel the effect. If necessary, the dose can be increased as required.
